How Do I Place An Order?
In order to accurately evaluate your gem rough,we must see the stones in person. You may mail gemstones to our P.O. Box 276 Hiddenite,NC 28636 with a cover letter detailing your Name, Phone Number, Return Mailing Address, along with a description of what you are sending and what you would like done with your gems. To set an appointment to have your gems evaluated in person you must call the Lapidary directly at (828) 635-7548.
Payment and Shipping:
To pay for a pending balance on a gemstone order you may pay with a credit card over the phone directly at (828) 635-7548 or mail a check made out to Emerald Hollow Mine to our P.O. Box 276 Hiddenite,NC 28636. Purchasing items listed on the website will prompt you to pay with Paypal or you may mail in a check. Shipping for items listed on the Lapidary Web Sales Site is priced according to each item. We ship using the USPS. You may also pick up items purchased online if it is more convenient for you. We accept cash, credit card and check in person, but we do ask that you set up an appointment to pick up online orders.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options:
To secure ordering online,please fill out all information after clinking "Buy Now" in our online store. Payment options online include PayPal or peronal checks. In shop,we take credit cards,checks and cash.
Returns & Refunds:
Returns can be eligiable within 30 days (unless AS IS). Call for authorization at (828) 635-7548.
Can you buy my gemstones?
No,we do not buy individual gemstones,but we buy gemstones in bulk from authorized
wholesale gem dealers.
Does your jewelry come with a warrenty?
Our jewelry comes with a lifetime warrenty including cleaning, resizing and repairing general wear to the settings, such as rebuilding worn prongs. Lost gemstones in mistreated, abused or neglected jewelry is not covered under warrenty.
Can you do jewelry repair?
Repair prices must be on a individual basis. Strictly,we work with 925 Sterling Silver,14K White, Yellow and Rose Gold & 10K Yellow Gold. Other restriction apply.
Privacy Policy:
Payments online are secured by PayPal. No credit cards are kept on file if payments are made in house. Email & personal information will never be given out to any outside party.
Expected Wait Time for Items Purchased Online?
Shipping for the online store will be within 3 days of when payment is received. We use the USPS First Class Mail which typically arrives in 3-4 business days.
